A Budget Low cost Room near metro and JFK airport

- PARKING: As with most areas of NYC, parking can be a challenge, here is no different. There is typically free street parking available within a 1-2 block radius of the place where you'll need to search for a spot to parallel park. Street cleaning on our block specifically is 2x weekly, please check all signs at your own discretion to ensure you aren't ticketed or towed EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECKOUT, BAGGAGE HOLDING: year around, it is extremely unlikely that this is possible due to back to back bookings. I will honor if ever I can, but there is no guarantee. I ask that guests do not show up early to the unit in an attempt to gain early access unless we have agreed to this prior, my cleaners may not be able to let you in and this may startle them (there are cameras on the exterior to monitor compliance)

• QUIET HOURS: this is a family oriented residential neighborhood where a 10PM - 7 AM quiet hour ordinance should be acknowledged (as stated, there are absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed)
• STAIRS: This is a duplex, you will need to walk up/ down stairs to reach both floors of the apartment.
